Roomy, Clean and Well Maintained Units!
Storage area is enclosed by chain link fence. Open the Electronic
Access Gate with your own personal wireless remote control without ever
getting out of your vehicle. Gate will automatically close 30 seconds
after opening. When you are ready to exit, drive up to the gate and our
electronic butler will open the gate for you and again automatically
close it 30 seconds later.
All enclosed storage units are at least 12 ft wide by 34 ft deep
with 14 ft high metal side walls. Each bay has an 11 ft wide by
12 ft high roll-up door.
In addition, we have larger 12 ft by 40 ft units with 16 foot metal
side walls. Each of the larger bays has an 11 ft wide by 14 ft high
roll-up door.
All units have concrete floors and
low e
insulation inside the roof to minimize condensation. Lights
and a 12 hour electrical outlet are included.
Outside Storage
If an enclosed storage unit is not what you need, use our outside
lighted level fenced lot to store your boat, trailer, RV, car, etc.
Security
Internet security cameras - see up-to-the minute pictures 24 hours
per day via the Internet. Current pictures are viewable from the
right side of this webpage.
